AMVP does not receive or store full payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple, Google, or the relevant payment providers.

• Device permissions such as camera, photos, or notifications

When a feature requires voluntary user action, AMVP will attempt to clearly indicate what data is being requested and for what purpose it is used.

5. Device Permissions

AMVP may request access to certain device features only when the user uses a related feature within the app.

5.1 Camera

AMVP may request access to the camera so the user can take a profile photo or another image linked to a specific app feature.

5.2 Photo Library

AMVP may request access to the photo library so the user can select an image from their device.

5.3 Notifications

AMVP may request permission to send notifications related to match invitations, reminders, schedule changes, confirmations, and other service-related events.

The user may deny or revoke these permissions at any time through their device settings. Denying a permission does not prevent general use of the app, except for features that specifically depend on that permission.

• To display profile and participation information as part of the normal operation of the service

7. Visibility Within the Service

Due to the nature of AMVP, certain user data may be visible to other users, group administrators, or match participants to the extent necessary for the app to function and for its social and sports-related features to operate.

Depending on the feature being used, this may include:

• Preferred foot
• Playing position
• Attendance or confirmation status
• Membership in groups, invitations, or matches
• Player card, ratings, football attributes, statistics, and other sports-related information displayed within the app

In addition, certain profile, account, history, or settings information may only be available to the user within their personal dashboard or panel, or to AMVP and its service providers as necessary to operate the service.

The information visible to other users is limited to what is necessary for AMVP to function as a platform for organizing matches, groups, and player profiles.

8.1 With Other Users of the Service

Certain profile, participation, attendance, and player card data may be visible to other users within groups, matches, invitations, and other app features, according to the logic of the service.

8.2 With Service Providers

• Database and storage
• Image or file storage
• Authentication
• Push notifications
• Analytics and usage measurement
